We are dedicated to supporting, empowering and connecting people.
Born from a passion for motorsport and careers, we connect young people, students, institutions, and industry professionals, bridging the gap between aspiration and achievement.
Since our formation in 2014, we’ve built a network of collaborative projects, work experience programmes, and, most notably, the Student Motorsport Challenge, a cross-departmental educational-based motorsport programme, launched in 2022.

BECOME WORK-READY
We’ve created and introduced a cost-sustainable, cross-departmental competition.
Within the Challenge, teachers and students form a racing team, turn a used city car into a professional racing car and compete on national UK racing circuits. Teams compete against other institutions and professional teams in the ultra-competitive BRSCC Nankang Tyres CityCar Cup and Student Motorsport Challenge.
Teams collaborate cross-departmentally to effectively plan, finance, coordinate, manage, and promote their team. In addition to the business, finance, management and media work, teams must build and prepare a racing car to a motorsport industry specification, meeting highly regulated standards set by the UK’s motorsport governing body.
Student Motorsport’s experienced team and partners provide all the guidance the teams need, allowing teachers to embed the project into and enhance their curriculums – while students gain substantial real-world-relevant experience, better preparing them for a career in the motorsport and supporting industries.
The team’s new ‘fast billboard’ is a superb tool for promoting an educator’s up-skilling of the next generation of motorsport professionals.
Provide your students with industry-relevant experience in a professional motorsport environment.
